Christmas icing with Shoshone and Natasha

Ingredients

  • 200g softened butter (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 cups of icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 - 2 tablespoon milk
  • Food colouring (pick your flavourite colours)

Method

  1. Beat butter until it’s pale (lighter).
  2. Add icing sugar while blending, add vanilla essence.
  3. Add the milk and keep stirring until fluffy and light. If the icing is a little thick then add a drop more of milk.
  4. Add your colour, drop by drop until you have it perfect!
