Homemade Vinaigrette
Homemade Vinaigrette
Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
¼ cup white vinegar
2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of sugar or soft honey
salt & pepper, to taste
½ clove garlic, crushed to a paste
Method
Place all ingredients in a small jar and shake to combine together.
Taste and season with more salt and pepper. This dressing will keep in the fridge for up to a week. If you leave the garlic out then the dressing will last for a couple of weeks.
