Ingredients

Method

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Stir so it is well mixed.
  3. Put in the fridge overnight.
  4. In the morning, put into glasses or smaller bowls.
  5. Put some yoghurt on top.
  6. Cut some nuts up, and sprinkle on top. Enjoy!
  7. Variations: Yoghurt; roasted or raw nuts (unsalted); cocoa powder; chopped up fruits.
  8. Perfect for breakfast, or in the evening as a dessert / pudding.
  9. Chia seeds are great for your heart, digestion, and skin! It has lots of omega-3 fatty acids (good fat) also good for your brain. Chia seeds have been used for thousands of years by the ancient Aztecs & Mayans (South Americans & Mexico).
