Place the crushed Weetbix, coconut and sugar in the bowl.
Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa into the Weetbix mixture.
Add the melted butter to the mixture and mix. Spoon into a medium tin and press lightly.
Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Leave to cool in the tin for about 5 mins then spread the icing on top. When the icing has set, about 5 minutes later cut into squares before it gets too hard.

2 cups of icing sugar, 1 tsp of butter and 1 tbsp of cocoa
