Prepare salad ingredients- slice onions, tomatoes and cheese, wash lettuce
Measure out approximately 100g of mince and shape into balls
Put a pan on medium-high heat
Butter the buns (cutside) and toast in the pan until golden brown
To cook meat patties in “smash” style, place Meat Ball onto pan and squash downwards with a spatula to make the meat ball into a meat patty shape. Salt and pepper on one side and cook for 2min each side. (If you want, when you flip the meat patty add a slice of cheese on the cooked side and let the cheese melt)
