any left-over meat: mince chicken, mince pork and raw prawns
½ Chicken stock cube
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons starch flour or corn flour with ½ cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
Method
Chop garlic, mushrooms, vegetables and chili into pieces.
In a small bowl combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, stock cube, salt and pepper and cooking wine with the water.
Heat the olive oil on a high heat and fry the garlic and chilli together. Add the left-over meats and stir. Add the greens and mushrooms, stirring and combining for 1 minute. Add the sauce mixture and then finally the corn starch dissolved in the water.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 2 to 3 mins until tender and warm through.
