Sticky Lamb Chops
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 lamb shoulder chops or 8 trimmed loin chops
- 1/3 cup of soy sauce
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of mint sauce
- 1 teaspoon of chopped rosemary
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix the lamb pieces through. Make sure they are all coated in the marinade.
- Cover and leave for at least 15 mins or up to overnight in the fridge.
- Cook through on the BBQ (about 25 to 30 mins) until brown all over.
