Sticky Lamb Chops

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 lamb shoulder chops or 8 trimmed loin chops
  • 1/3 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of mint sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped rosemary

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix the lamb pieces through. Make sure they are all coated in the marinade.
  2. Cover and leave for at least 15 mins or up to overnight in the fridge.
  3. Cook through on the BBQ (about 25 to 30 mins) until brown all over.
