Miso Glazed Salmon
Miso glazed salmon is restaurant quality!
Serves 4
Ingredients
- • 4 boneless, salmon fillet pieces
- • 2 teaspoons of black sesame seeds
- • Chopped coriander for garnish
- Miso glaze
- • 2 tablespoons of mirin
- • 1 tablespoon of miso
- • 1 tablespoon of sugar
- • 2 teaspoon of soy sauce
- • 2 teaspoon of finely grated ginger
Method
- Mix all the miso ingredients together to a paste.
- Heat the oven to 220 C fan bake and line a large baking dish
- Arrange the salmon in a single layer and spread the miso glaze over the top.
- Roast until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is beginning to colour. (about 8 mins).
- Serve immediately garnished with sesame seeds and coriander. Perfect with rice or Asian slaw!
