Miso Glazed Salmon

Miso glazed salmon is restaurant quality!

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • • 4 boneless, salmon fillet pieces
  • • 2 teaspoons of black sesame seeds 
  • • Chopped coriander for garnish
  • Miso glaze
  • • 2 tablespoons of mirin
  • • 1 tablespoon of miso
  • • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • • 2 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • • 2 teaspoon of finely grated ginger

Method

  1. Mix all the miso ingredients together to a paste.
  2. Heat the oven to 220 C fan bake and line a large baking dish
  3. Arrange the salmon in a single layer and spread the miso glaze over the top.
  4. Roast until the salmon is cooked through and the glaze is beginning to colour. (about 8 mins).
  5. Serve immediately garnished with sesame seeds and coriander. Perfect with rice or Asian slaw!
