Ingredients

  • Malt biscuits 250g
  • Fruit puff style lollies - 190g
  • Melted butter 100g
  • Condensed milk 1/2
  • Desiccated coconut 1/2-3/4 cup

Method

  1. 1. Melt the butter and condensed milk together.
  2. 2. Crush or process the biscuits to fine crumbs and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Cut the lollies into thirds and add to the bowl with the melted butter and condensed milk.
  4. 4. Mix it all together with a spoon until well combined.
  5. Turn to put it on a clean surface.
  6. 5. Use your hands to pack it together and place it onto cling film or a sheet of baking paper and form onto a log.
  7. 6. Roll each log in coconut then wrap in cling film and put it in the fridge for a few hours.
  8. 7. Service in slices.
  9. VARIATIONS
  10. You can add fruits puffs or soft banana lollies.
