Kiwi Pavlova

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons of cold water
  • 1 cup of castor Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons of cornflower

Method

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff, add cold water and beat again.
  2. Slowly add the castor sugar while beating slowly. Add vinegar, vanilla and cornflower.
  3. Pile up mixture on greased paper on greased tray and bake at 150 for 45 minutes, then leave to cool in the oven.
