Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons of cold water
- 1 cup of castor Sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- 3 teaspoons of cornflower
Method
- Beat egg whites until stiff, add cold water and beat again.
- Slowly add the castor sugar while beating slowly. Add vinegar, vanilla and cornflower.
- Pile up mixture on greased paper on greased tray and bake at 150 for 45 minutes, then leave to cool in the oven.
