Deaf Diversity around the Kitchen Table with Rahui Lee

Ingredients
- Only 5 Ingredients
- Malt biscuits 250g
- Fruit puff style lollies - 190g
- Melted butter 100g
- Condensed milk 1/2
- Desiccated coconut 1/2-3/4 cup
Method
- 1. Melt the butter and condensed milk together.
- 2. Crush or process the biscuits to fine crumbs and place in a mixing bowl.
- 3. Cut the lollies into thirds and add to the bowl with the melted butter and condensed milk.
- 4. Mix it all together with a spoon until well combined. Turn it put it on a clean surface.
- 5. Use your hands to pack it together and place it onto cling film or a sheet of baking paper and form onto a log.
- 6. Roll each log in coconut then wrap in cling film and put it in the fridge for a few hours.
- 7. Service in slices.
- VARIARATIONS: You can add fruit puffs or soft banana lollies.
