Buttercream Icing (courtesy of Shoshone)
Ingredients
- 200g softened butter (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups of icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 - 2 tablespoon milk
- Food colouring (pick your flavourite colours)
Method
- Beat butter until its pale (lighter)
- Add icing sugar while blending, add vanilla essences
- Add the milk and keep stirring until fluffy and light. If the icing is a little thick then add a drop of more milk
- Add your colour, drop by drop until you have it prefect!
