Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup of pitted dates soaking in water (any dried fruits can be used)
- 1 ½ cups of nuts and or seeds
- 2 tablespoons of flavour
- Coconut or chopped nuts to coat
Method
- Place all the drained dates and all the other ingredients into a food processor and whizz until smooth.
- Make into about 14 small balls and roll in coconut or nuts to coat.
- Keep in the fridge for up to two weeks or freeze.
