Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup of pitted dates soaking in water (any dried fruits can be used)
  • 1 ½ cups of nuts and or seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of flavour
  • Coconut or chopped nuts to coat

Method

  1. Place all the drained dates and all the other ingredients into a food processor and whizz until smooth.
  2. Make into about 14 small balls and roll in coconut or nuts to coat.
  3. Keep in the fridge for up to two weeks or freeze.
