BBQ Asian Style Chicken
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs or 8 chicken drum sticks
- 1/3 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 teaspoons of minced ginger
- 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix the chicken pieces through. Make sure they are all coated in the marinade.
- Cover with glad wrap and leave for at least 15 mins up to overnight in the fridge.
- Cook through on the BBQ (about 25 to 30 mins) until brown all over.
