Ambrosia

Ambrosia means “Food of the Gods!” You will be in Heaven when you eat this!

This recipe serves 4

Ingredients

  • 250g tub yoghurt
  • 200ml cream
  • 200g mixed berries or tinned fruit
  • 80g packet marshmallows
  • Cherries for decoration

Method

  1. Chop marshmallows in half
  2. Whip cream to form soft peaks
  3. Fold in yoghurt, frozen berries and marshmallows
  4. Leave in fridge for 4-5 hours, or overnight to soften marshmallows
  5. VARIATIONS: Add coconut or any fruit you like. For example Pineapple, mandarin, bananas. The fruit can be dried or fresh or tinned. Try pineapple lumps instead of marshmallows!
